Returns and Exchanges

Dynasty Defense guarantees that all products sold will work.  There are manufacturer warranties as outlined in the enclosed documentation sold with the product.

If you have a problem with the product, please notify Dynasty Defense at 479-372-6259.  If the issue is determined to be a warranty issue, a replacement product will be shipped to the customer; in addition, a self-addressed postage-paid return envelope will be sent with the replacement product to return the defective product.

If you are requesting an exchange, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  The exchange product will be shipped out when the original product is returned.  The shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.  The exchange must take place within 30 days of purchase.
