Rape Agressively Defense. That is the acronym for R.A.D. R.A.D. is a self-defense class for your everyday woman. It does not matter your size, height, weight, or strength, this class is for you. We teach woman techniques for survival and escape and situational awareness. A book will be issued and authorized by the instructor. Other R.A.D. classes may allow free entry to their class with the book in hand.
